PhD Candidate
Pelin Atay is a researcher at DeZIM.lab, which specializes in experimental research as part of the German Centre for Integration and Migration Research. She holds an MSc in Psychology from Humboldt University Berlin. She is currently working on the project EqualStrength, investigating cumulative and structural forms of discrimination towards racialized groups in Germany.
