Elli Zey is a psychologist and works as a researcher at DEZIM.lab, mainly for the experimental platform MIND.set and the EqualStrength project. Previously, she conducted research on the implicit and explicit assessment of individual autonomy at the Goethe University Frankfurt (Main). In the MIND.set project, she is helping to establish a browser-based tool for the experimental and implicit measurement of stereotypes and discrimination and to make MIND.set available to the scientific community. She also works on the Europe Horizon project EqualStrength, which conducts field experiments on intersectional discrimination in access to employment, childcare and housing. Her focus is on the experimental and survey measurability of constructs using qualitative and especially quantitative research methods. She has a strong focus on transparent and open science-oriented research (open data, analysis scripts and the use of open source code software).
